Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in good condition. The item should be returned in its original packaging if possible. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to custom-made or personalized items. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, you are always welcome to contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Right of Withdrawal within the EU

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If the return meets our conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Complaints
