Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 2–4 business days after shipment

EU: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors such as carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delays, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, we recommend the following steps:

First, check the tracking link to see the latest update from your selected distributor . In some cases, packages may be marked as delayed or temporarily held at a terminal or pickup point. If there are no updates for several days, or if the tracking appears stuck, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the distributor. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your nearest pickup point before contacting us.

If the package still cannot be located, we will open an investigation with the selected distributor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by distributors or other external factors once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If problem should occur, please contact us and we will try to assist you in your troubles.
